The Department of Economics was organized one day workshop on Intellectual Property Right (IPR) on Tuesday 21/01/2020 in seminar hall at 10.00 am. Honorable advocate Mrudula Bale was the Speaker of this function, Honorable, college Principal Dr. V.J.Medhane presided over the function. The introduction and welcome were given by Dr.S.K.Pagar
Technical session First – first technical session was started at 11.30 am to 1.00pm Honorable speaker advocate Mrudula Bale expressed his view on various laws regarding Intellectual property right Dr.Manisha Aher expressed the vote of thanks.
Technical Session second – In second session the speaker Adv.Asavari Sathe explained copy rights rules of copy right and Provision for punishment in copy right law Dr.J.P.jadhav expressed the vote of thanks
Technical Session third – In third session the speaker explained in detail about the Patent registration. He explained the procedure about registration of Patents, which documents are essential for registration etc. Dr.Manisha Aher expressed the vote of thanks
Honorable, college Principal Dr. V.J.Medhane expressed his presidential views. He said student should conscious about their innovative ideas and patents. 85 student and all staff was present in the workshop
Dr. Manisha Aher expressed vote of thanks and Dr. J.P.Jadhav. anchored the whole programme.

The department of Economics Organised one day college level workshop on IPR on 05 April 2019. The aim of the workshop was to educate the students about the knowledge and implications of intellectual property Right.
The workshop was inaugurated in presence of Dr.V.J.Medhane, Principal Smt.Vimlaben Khimaji Tejookaya Arts,Science & Commerce College, Deolali Camp,the resource person of the workshop Adv.Charushila Khairnar M.V.P. Samaj’s Law college,Gangapur road,Nashik Second resource person of the workshop was Shirin Sonawane. The Programme was initiated with the Welcome speech of Prof.Dr.S.K.Pagar .
The Ist session of the workshop was commenced by Adv.Charushila Khairnar who discussed on topic “What is Intellectual Property Right”. She highlighted the importance of Patent registration.
The 2nd session of the workshop was commenced by Adv.Shirin Sonawane who discussed on topic “What is Intellectual Property Right”. She highlighted the Indian Intellectual Property Right Law.
After short tea break, Principal Dr.V.J.Medhane addressed Students on topic of IPR. After this there was Question and Answer Session were students raised the queries which were effectively resolved by resource person.Vote of thanks was given Dr.Manisha Aher.
