The Department of Computer Applications offers the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program, a three-year undergraduate course designed to provide students with a strong academic foundation and practical expertise in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science. The department is committed to nurturing future-ready professionals by imparting in-depth knowledge of programming, software development, database management, and emerging technologies.

AICTE-Approved BCA Admission: General Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 (HSC) or an equivalent exam from a recognized board. The stream—Science, Commerce, or Arts—is generally acceptable.
- Minimum Marks: A minimum aggregate of 50% in 10+2 is typically required. Some institutions may offer a 5% relaxation for candidates from reserved categories.
- Mandatory Subjects: In many AICTE-affiliated colleges, Mathematics or Computer Science is required at the 10+2 level; Business Math’s or Statistics may also be considered acceptable.
