शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२३-२०२४ साठी प्रवेशित महाविद्यालयातील प्रथम वर्षासाठी प्रवेशित असलेल्या सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना सूचित करण्यात येते कि, शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२३-२०२४ साठी आपली सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विद्यापीठा कडे आपली शैक्षणिक पात्रता (Eligibility) माहिती द्यावयाची आहे, हि माहिती विद्यापीठाकडे सादर केल्या नंतर दिलेल्या माहिती नुसारच आपले पुढील परीक्षा प्रवेशपत्रक, गुणपत्रक येत असते, त्यात पुढे जाऊन दुरुस्ती येऊ नये, यासाठी आपली माहितीची फेर तपासणी करणे आवश्यक आहे. त्यासाठी सदर च्या नोटीस सोबत आपल्या नावांची यादी जोडलेली आहे. त्यातील माहिती जसे आपले नावाची स्पेलिंग, जन्मतारीख, आईच्या नावांची स्पेलिंग, इयत्ता १२ वी चे गुण, बैठक क्रमांक व उत्तीर्ण वर्ष इ. सर्व माहिती आपल्या मागील वर्षाच्या गुणपत्रक व शाळा सोडल्याच्या दाखल्यानुसार आहे का? हे बारकाईने तपासून घ्यावे.

तसेच काही दुरुस्ती असल्यास तात्काळ प्रशासकीय विभागात श्री. एच.एल.वाजे ( कनिष्ठ लिपिक ) यांच्या कडे संपर्क साधावा. त्याच प्रमाणे आपल्या शाळा सोडल्याच्या दाखला व गुणपत्रकानुसार आपल्या आधार कार्ड मध्ये आवश्यक ती दुरुस्ती करून घ्यावी. सर्व माहिती तपासून स्वाक्षरी झाल्यावर भविष्यात गुणपत्रक दुरुस्तीसाठी येणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्याच्या दुरुस्त्यांचा विचार केला जाणार नाही, याची सर्व संबधित विद्यार्थ्यांनी नोंद घ्यावी.

              For the academic year 2023-2024, all students who have been admitted to the first year of undergraduate courses in your college are informed that you must provide your eligibility information to Savitribai Phule Pune University. After submitting this information to the university, your future examination admit cards and grade sheets will be based on the provided information. Any discrepancies should be corrected immediately to avoid issues in the future.

To do this, please ensure that your personal information, such as your name spelling, date of birth, mother’s name spelling, 12th-grade marks, seat number, and the passing year, matches the details on your previous year’s grade sheets and school records. If there are any discrepancies, they should be rectified promptly.

If there are any discrepancies, please contact Mr. H.L. Waje (Junior Clerk) in the administrative department immediately. Based on your school records and grade sheets, you should correct any errors in your Aadhar card. All students are required to register their details for future reference.
